The Sanctuary of Shared Wisdom is where knowledge gathers, grows, and gets passed along.
We believe wisdom isn't meant to sit on a shelf or belong only to the person holding it. It grows when we gather around the table, share what we know, listen to one another, ask questions, and learn together.
Through workshops, education, conversation, and knowledge exchange, the Sanctuary creates space to explore herbal wisdom, natural living, leadership, theology, cultural traditions, community care, and the everyday knowledge that helps people and communities thrive.
Some gatherings are completely free, while others are offered at affordable, community-minded prices. Because access to knowledge shouldn't depend on how much money someone has.
This isn't just a classroom. It's a place for teachers and learners, elders and beginners, questions and stories, old wisdom and new discoveries to meet. Come curious. Bring what you know. Leave with something new.

SANCTUARY OF
ROOTS & WINGS
Homeschool Learning • Exploration • Discovery

A nurturing space where curiosity takes root and young minds are given room to soar. The Sanctuary of Roots & Wings offers engaging educational experiences created for homeschool learners and families who believe some of the richest learning happens through exploration, creativity, nature, culture, and hands-on discovery.
Rooted in the belief that education should connect knowledge to the world around us, learners explore subjects such as plant science, environmental studies, health and wellness, history, culture, art, leadership, life skills, and more. Workshops and courses blend meaningful instruction with projects, experiments, conversation, and real-world experiences that encourage learners to ask questions, make connections, and discover what sparks their curiosity.
Offerings range from individual enrichment workshops to multi-session learning experiences designed to complement a family's homeschool curriculum. Educational documentation may accompany select programs to help families record learning objectives, instructional hours, activities, and completed work within their homeschool portfolios.
Here, we don't believe every learner has to grow in the same direction or at the same pace.
Give them roots in knowledge, community, and the world around them—and wings to explore where that knowledge can take them.

Ready To Get Started
1. Review our policies.
2. To initiate your enrollment, please click the button below to complete the Enrollment Application, Code of Conduct Agreement, and Attendance Policy Form.
3. After your submission, an advisor will follow up with a phone call to review your documentation, clarify your academic objectives, and explain the next steps in the enrollment process. You will also receive an information packet with directions to access the Student Handbook.
4. Provide your advisor with all required supporting documents for your application packet, as well as any additional materials they may request.
5. Your advisor will notify you once all submitted documents have been reviewed and processed, and will provide instructions for submitting payment. Additionally, they will share the necessary information regarding your Orientation session.
6. Attend required Orientation session and complete all necessary consent forms. During Orientation, you will receive your class schedule, advisory session calendar, student supplies, textbooks, and login credentials for the online portal.
