A note from Tiffany for 2026

At the beginning of this new year, I was reminded of, and I return to a lesson that has carried me through many seasons: intuition speaks in statements; anxiety speaks in questions.
I see this truth reflected in the plants themselves. They do not waver or second‑guess. They offer what they are—clearly, steadily, without apology. A leaf does not ask if it is enough. A root does not question its purpose. They simply state their medicine.
As I prepare my shelves for the year ahead—jars refilled, tinctures settling, teas blending—I feel the quiet certainty that intuition brings. It is the voice that says, This is the path. This is the work. This is the season to root, to rise, to restore. Anxiety, on the other hand, arrives with its familiar swirl of questions: What if this isn’t the right time? What if I’m not ready? What if I’m not doing enough?
But the plants remind me that readiness is not a question—it is a state of being. Healing is not rushed. Growth is not forced. And clarity does not come from spiraling thoughts, but from listening inward, where truth speaks in full sentences.
So as 2026 opens before us, I choose to follow the statements. The grounded knowing. The quiet yes. I choose to trust the wisdom that moves like roots beneath the surface—steady, unseen, but always guiding. And I invite others to do the same: to breathe, to listen, and to let intuition speak louder than the questions that try to shake us.
