Ready To Get Started
1. Review our policies.
2. To initiate your enrollment, please click the button below to complete the Enrollment Application, Code of Conduct Agreement, and Attendance Policy Form. Once completed, download the form and submit it via email to PhoenixsWisdom@herbalstl.com.
3. After your submission, an advisor will follow up with a phone call to review your documentation, clarify your academic objectives, and explain the next steps in the enrollment process. You will also receive an information packet with directions to access the Student Handbook.
4. Provide your advisor with all required supporting documents for your application packet, as well as any additional materials they may request.
5. Your advisor will notify you once all submitted documents have been reviewed and processed, and will provide instructions for submitting payment. Additionally, they will share the necessary information regarding your Orientation session.
6. Attend required Orientation session and complete all necessary consent forms. During Orientation, you will receive your class schedule, advisory session calendar, student supplies, textbooks, and login credentials for the online portal.
