By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by Herbal Phoenix STL, its sponsors, and community partners.

Code of Conduct

HPSTL and Ferguson Farmers Market fosters a safe, welcoming, harassment‑free space for all. Irresponsible or disruptive behavior is not allowed. HPSTL, FFM, and/or LEO may remove anyone violating rules. Keep belongings with you. Friendly leashed dogs are welcome; dispose of waste. Disruptive dogs and owners may be asked to leave.
